Here we are! All ready for trick-or-treating! The kids had a blast! Nathan took the older three out in the
neighborhood while Andrew (my little teddy bear) and I stayed home and answered our door. Earlier in the evening we had a fun thematic dinner! Ogre brains (angel hair pasta), swamp slime (
Alfredo sauce with green food coloring), bat eye balls (olives), monster eye balls (s
liced cucumbers), cooked eels (
hot dogs cut lengthwise into fourths and boiled so they curl up!), and dragon's blood to drink (red soda pop). It was a very fun evening and we even invited another family over last minute.
The jack-o-lanterns on the left side are
Tiana's and on the left side are Nick's.

Here are Ben's Jack-o-lanterns lined up on our park bench in front of the house.
This is the first year I didn't make my children's costumes. With my sister's wedding and other things, I just didn't have the time. But that is okay, they still had a great time! I did do Nick's make-up, not bad!
Nick = Skeleton Pirate
Tiana = Ninja
Ben = Fire Fighter
Me = Little girl going to bed
Andrew = my cuddly Teddy Bear!
