It was Nick's first time snowboarding and he did great! First he had a little "pre-lesson" with Trish and she showed him some basics and then he did a lesson through the resort. He's a natural! He said he enjoys snowboarding more than skiing.
This was Tatiana's first time ever skiing. Last year we brought Nick, but this is Tatiana's first year. She had a lesson as well and is also a natural. She loves it! She was doing intermediate slopes with us by mid-day. She couldn't get enough of it!
Nathan and I on the top of the mountain. It was pretty windy up there. So windy in fact that shortly after our run they closed this slope. Bummer. At least we got one in.
What a BEAUTIFUL DAY!!! Like I said it was really windy up on top, but other than that is was seasonably warm and just gorgeous!
Tatiana making her mark on the mountain...swish, swish, swish... okay, it more of snowplowing than swishing, but she still came down pretty fast!
We stayed for night skiing/snowboarding too. It was our first time staying for the night time. It got pretty cold, but it was really fun skiing at night.
Can't wait until next time!
