Cub Scout Day Camp - Ben

Ben was able to attend Day Camp by going to the "Tot Lot" every day and hanging out with younger kids whose parents were volunteering at the camp. He loved it and asked every night and every morning if he was going again. He loved the teenage girls that worked in the Tot Lot helping too. He is such a charmer.

Ben was able to do many of the same things the Cubs were doing including the Monkey Bridge, this was also one of Ben's favorite activities.

He also loved being pulled around camp in the wagon! That is something only the Tot Lot kids got to do and many of the older ones were jealous!

But Ben's favorite part of the day was lunch and stage time when he was able to come and sit with his brother and sister. He loved being with the "big kids" and he really missed them. They are all so loving to each other.

The hardest part of day camp was leaving Andrew each day. He was with a sitter and I honestly do not know how working mothers do it. They are tougher than I am. It was just as hard on Nick, Tatiana and Ben to be away from Andrew. That little boy got TONS of lovin' when we all got home each day!
