And they are off on the trail! It is beautiful country! Nathan took these photos...
When they get back an hour later, they are riding like pros... and feeling oh so sore!
I didn't get to ride because of my leg. This was me... hanging out with my throbbing leg, can't even straighten it... or bend it all the way. Yes, please feel sorry for me, I was totally bummed that I couldn't ride!
